Smartbiz Return Policy

At Smartbiz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help! Below are the terms and conditions of our return policy.

1. General Return Guidelines
  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Digital products (e.g., eBooks, software).
  • Items marked as "Final Sale."
  • Health and hygiene products (e.g., opened cosmetics, underwear).
3. Return Process
  1. Submit a Return Request: Visit your account dashboard and select the order you want to return. Fill out the return form and submit it.
  2. Approval: Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions via email.
  3. Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging. Include the return authorization number inside the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Use the shipping label provided or send the package to the address specified in the return instructions.
4. Refund Policy
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
