At Smartbiz, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for all our customers. Below are the terms and conditions for order cancellations.

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any penalty, provided the item has not been shipped.
• If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours but before shipment, a restocking fee of 10% of the order value may apply.
• Once the item has been shipped, cancellations are no longer permitted. You may proceed with the return process once the order is delivered.

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

• The product is out of stock.
• Payment verification fails.
• The order is flagged as potentially fraudulent.
• Incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
• Any unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

In such cases, customers will be notified via email or phone, and a full refund will be processed promptly.

• For orders canceled within 24 hours of placement, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• For cancellations made after 24 hours (but before shipment), the refund will exclude any applicable restocking fees.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

The following types of orders cannot be canceled:

• Custom or personalized items.
• Perishable goods.
• Digital products or services that have already been delivered.

2. Navigate to your order history and select the order you wish to cancel.
3. Click on the "Cancel Order" button and follow the prompts.
4. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.
